Who organises BUILDEX Jeddah 2027?
The exhibition is organised by Al Hilal Future Co. in Saudi Arabia. ARTIFEX GROUP is its official partner for the CIS countries: we bring companies and visitors from the CIS and help them take part. Companies from other countries are welcome too.
When and where is it?
From 20 to 23 January 2027, at the Jeddah Superdome ↗ — the largest geodesic dome in the world, next to King Abdulaziz International Airport.
What do I need to exhibit?
A valid commercial registration of your company. Any additional documents or permits depend on what your company does. Write to us and we will tell you what your case needs.
How is the stand paid for?
The contract is issued electronically and signed and stamped by your company. Then 50% or 25% of the total is paid, and the rest before you take over the space.
What does a 48-hour hold mean?
You choose a stand, we ask the organiser to keep the place for two days while you decide. It is free and asks for no payment.
How do visitors register?
Visitors register in advance on the exhibition’s site. Register here as well if you want our team to meet you and arrange meetings in Jeddah.
In which language can I talk to you?
Uzbek, Russian, English or Arabic — write in the one you prefer.
