How this site handles your information
Information collected, team access and your requests.
Information you submit
Forms collect the contact details, message, selected options and files you choose to submit. Job applications can include a CV or portfolio. Avoid sending information that is unnecessary for your request.
Storage and team access
ARTIFEX stores submissions in a private server application store, with an internal knowledge record. Enquiries may also create an internal lead record. Configured authorised staff receive notifications and submitted details through Telegram; attachments may be sent there or made available through limited-access links.
These records support responding to enquiries, reviewing applications and handling requested subscriptions. Automated checks flag suspected abuse for review; an automated receipt is not confirmation of human review.
Usage counts, technical records and external links
The site counts page views and selected interactions in aggregate. Public pages use locally served assets and system fonts. IP addresses are used for request-rate controls; server, security and operational logs or backups may also retain technical records.
Telegram, WhatsApp and other external links lead to separate services. Their own privacy terms apply when you use those services. Form delivery through Telegram is described above.
Retention and questions
A single fixed retention period is not specified here. For questions about access, correction, retention or deletion, contact the team. The team must review the relevant records, operational needs and backups before confirming what action can be completed.
