From the beginning it carried the developer's questions: who is this for, what does it cost to run, what happens to it in twenty years. Founded 2009, incorporated 2011, licensed in Saudi Arabia as ARTIFEX GROUP LLC.

The practice has more capability than its own projects use. A studio in Tashkent and an office in Madinah; architects, engineers, BIM and visualisation; equipment, software and people who have taken a building from a first sketch to a handover.
