A spiral of stacked floors wound around a domed hall, with the drum of the hall lit from a circular roof light and the ramp of the spiral carried out into the landscape as a path. The site drawings show water on two sides and the approach taken across it rather than around it. The folder these came from is named for the building and nothing else about the commission has been written down here yet.
