Project descriptions are drawn from the ARTIFEX GROUP company profile; figures quoted there are being re-verified against contract records, and anything still unconfirmed is flagged in the markup rather than presented as settled.
Work under client confidentiality is not shown at all. No commercial terms — fees, budgets or contract values — are published anywhere on this site.
Which entity you are dealing with
Two things share the ARTIFEX name and it is worth being precise about them. ARTIFEX GROUP LLC is the Saudi company registered in Madinah, and it is the entity that contracts, invoices and carries the work shown here. The practice itself is older than that registration: it was founded in 2009 in Tashkent and incorporated as a limited company in 2011, and that lineage is why projects on this site predate the Saudi CR by more than a decade.
This website is personal. It presents the founder's work and thinking; it is not a sales channel for the company, does not publish rates, and does not accept payment of any kind. Anything commercial belongs on artifex.sa or in a direct conversation.
Liability and accuracy
Renders show design intent, not a survey. A building under construction will differ from the image that preceded it, and a concept may never be built at all — which is why every project on the index states its real stage rather than implying completion. Nothing here constitutes an offer, a professional opinion on your particular site, or advice you should act on without a contract.
Getting something corrected
If a figure, a date or an attribution on this site is wrong — including a project you worked on that is credited imprecisely — write to info@artifex.uz. Corrections are made without argument; the standing rule for this site is that an unverified claim is removed rather than defended.
