Show us what you drew — and what got built.

One application, one page. Who you are, the discipline you work in, and the work itself: a CV, a portfolio, and the projects you would want us to look at first. A person in the studio reads every one, and you hear back within a working week.

Apply in one of six
  • 01Master planning & urban design
  • 02Architectural design
  • 03Development advisory
  • 04BIM & technical coordination
  • 05Façade engineering
  • 06Construction supervision

Visualisation, structure and MEP sit inside the same studio. If what you do is not on this list, choose Other in the form and tell us what it is.

01 — The room you would join

Six disciplines, one roof, and the drawing stays in the room until it is right.

Architecture, structure, MEP, BIM, visualisation and site supervision are all in-house — which means the person who draws the façade can walk to the person who has to hold it up. Founded in Tashkent in 2009, incorporated in 2011, and licensed in Saudi Arabia as ARTIFEX GROUP LLC in Madinah.

02 — Before you fill it in

Three things that make an application land.

One

State the real stage

Concept means concept, design means design, built means built. We label our own work that way on this site, down to the projects with no render released. Say where each of yours actually stopped — nobody has ever been turned down for having drawn an unbuilt building.

Two

Show what you did, not only what was rendered

Which part was yours, at which stage, and who else was on it. A plan you resolved is worth more here than forty pages of someone else's images. If you were the one who fixed the core, say so.

Three

Leave confidential work out

If a client's agreement covers it, do not send it. This practice does not show work under client confidentiality at all, and one of our own Saudi projects sits on this site with no render released. We would rather see less and know you keep your word.

03 — The application

Everything in one place.

Fields marked * are required, and that includes the CV. Everything else helps but is not needed to send.

AWho you are

If your phone number is also your WhatsApp, that is usually the fastest way to reach you — say so in the last field and we will use it.

BThe work you do
Languages you work in

Those four are the practice's working languages. If you have others, add them below — Turkish and Kazakh are useful here more often than people expect.

CWhat you can do

Written by you, not by a template. It is the part that gets read twice.

DThe work itself

Send all three: a CV, a portfolio, and files from the projects themselves. The CV is required — an application without one cannot be sent. The other two take any file type at all: PDF, images, a DWG or an RVT, a ZIP, a video, whatever the work actually lives in. Large files are fine, up to 2 GB each.

        Nothing attached yet

The only limit is 2 GB on any one file, and it is checked here in the browser the moment you choose it — a file over the limit is named back to you with its size rather than being carried through an upload that was going to be refused at the end of it. If a single file is genuinely larger than that, put a link in the portfolio field above.

Nothing is shared with anyone outside the practice. No recruiter, no job board, no third party.

          Your application is in.

It goes to the studio inbox, where a person opens it — not a filter, not a scoring machine.

          1. It is read in the studio, in the order it arrived.
          2. The lead of the discipline you applied in opens the work itself, not only the CV.
          3. You get an answer within a working week. Yes or no, you hear back — a no is still an answer and you will get one.
          4. If it fits, we ask to talk. Terms are never discussed through a form; that is a conversation with a person.
A copy goes to the studio inbox and to the bot. If you need to add something, write to @helpuzairobot or WhatsApp +966 56 160 7044.
          04 — What happens next

Who reads it, and how long you wait.

          01

          A person opens it

Every application is read by someone in the practice. There is no keyword filter deciding on our behalf and no agency in the middle, which is also why we ask you to write the long field yourself.

          02

The discipline lead looks at the work

It goes to whoever runs the discipline you applied in — architecture, structure, MEP, BIM, visualisation or site supervision. They open the portfolio itself. That is the part that decides it.

          03

You hear back within a working week

Yes or no, you get a reply. A practice that leaves people waiting in silence is telling them something about how it runs a project, and we would rather not say that.

          04

          If it fits, we talk

A conversation, in whichever of the four working languages suits you. Terms, contract and start date belong in that conversation with a person. What you would be paid is not discussed through a form and is not written on a website.

What you send stays with the practice. This site makes no third-party requests at all — no advertising network, no analytics vendor, no social pixel. An IP is read only to reject a flood of submissions, and is never stored.

05 — Three ways to talk to us

Three doors, and one of them costs nothing.

An application is one way in. These are the other three, and they are open to anyone — someone applying, a client, an investor, or a person who simply wants an answer from the people who would have to give it.

          One

A consultation with the right specialist

You choose the field. The specialist who covers it is the one who contacts you, arranges a time for the meeting, and gives you what you need — not a salesperson passing your question along.

          USD 500Per consultation
          Two

A meeting with the CEO himself

Rustam Khaitmetov, on any field inside the company. Nothing in the practice is outside the scope of that meeting: if ARTIFEX does it, you can put the question to him directly.

          USD 2,000Per meeting
          Three

          The open-doors day

Register, and we hold an open-doors day. You get a personal invitation to the event. The CEO, our lawyer and every specialist attend, there is a table laid, and every question asked that day is answered free of charge.

          FreeNothing to pay
To arrange any of the three, or to put your name down for the open-doors day: @helpuzairobot on Telegram WhatsApp +966 56 160 7044
          06 — Or reach a person directly

Some people would rather just write.

If the form does not suit you — or you are writing about something other than a job — every one of these arrives in the same studio. The bot answers in Uzbek, Russian, English and Arabic, and hands you to a person the moment you need one.
