A specialist consultation
You choose the field. The specialist who covers it contacts you, arranges a time to meet, and gives you what you need.
Whatever you have — a site, an idea, a question, a correction, an article you are writing, something you supply — it goes to the specialist who can actually answer it, and often it reaches me. A person writes back. There is no autoresponder on this address.
Two of these carry a fee and one does not. The free one is not a smaller version of the other two — the same people are in the room, and nothing asked that day is charged for.

With Rustam Khaitmetov himself, on any field inside the company. You bring the subject; nothing is out of scope.
Register, and you get a personal invitation to the event. The CEO, our lawyer and every specialist attend, there is a table laid, and every question asked that day is answered free of charge.
These are the fees for the meeting itself. What a project costs is worked out on the project, in person, once there is something to cost.
Write in Uzbek, Russian, English or Arabic. Whichever you use is the one you get back.
Every message is opened by a person on the day it arrives. Nothing is filtered by keyword and nothing is scored.
The field you pick decides whose desk it lands on — one of the six the practice works in, or something else entirely. It does not sit in a shared inbox waiting for someone to claim it.
Within one working day, by name, in the language you wrote in. Often by the founder, because most of this reaches his desk anyway.
You will have an answer within one working day, in the language you wrote in, from someone who can actually answer it — not from a script.
If it is urgent, WhatsApp reaches the same desk sooner: +966 56 160 7044.
A form is an option, not the preferred one. Most people here reach for WhatsApp before they reach for a text field — it arrives in the same place, and the same person answers.
The fastest of these. The same number takes a plain phone call if you would rather speak than type.
The founder's own account. Used for the conversations that are easier held than written.
Answers in Uzbek, Russian, English and Arabic, at three in the morning as readily as at noon — and hands you to a person the moment the question needs one.
What is on the boards, as it happens. Direct messages there are read too, though more slowly than the rest of this list.
Best for anything carrying an attachment — a brief, a drawing, a document, a set of files too heavy for a chat window.
This site carries figures, dates, statuses and attributions — a height in metres, a number of keys, the year a company was registered, who drew what and at which stage. If any of it is wrong, write and it is corrected.
No argument, no defence of the original wording, and no request that you prove it first. A practice that will not correct its own page is telling you how it will handle a drawing.
Nothing on this page replies automatically. The one exception is the bot, and the bot opens by saying it is a bot and offers you a person.
No advertising network, no analytics vendor, no social pixel. Your IP address is read only to reject a flood, and it is never stored. The one request that does leave this page is the typeface, and it carries nothing about you.
The three above are the whole of it — USD 500, USD 2000, or nothing. What a project costs is a separate conversation, held on the project and in person, and it is never quoted from a website.
