Madinah to host the Saudi Business Insider Forum on 17 October

· ARTIFEX GROUP

MADINAH — On Saturday, 17 October 2026, the ARTIFEX GROUP office in Madinah will host the Saudi Business Insider Forum, a one-day meeting organised by the Saudi Business Insider Club together with ARTIFEX GROUP. From 13:30 to 20:00, entrepreneurs who already run companies in Saudi Arabia will sit in the same room as those who are only now entering the Kingdom's market.

The theme is plain: business in Saudi Arabia — investment, real estate and partnership that works. The organisers set three aims for the afternoon — to share experience, to find partners and to start joint projects — and have built the programme in three blocks around the Asr, Maghrib and Isha prayers.

The forum opens at 14:00 with Ali Abu Isa (Alexey Kotenev), Sharia expert of the Saudi Business Insider Club, a graduate of the Islamic University of Madinah and a teacher with more than ten years of experience. His opening word is on barakah in business: honesty, trust and the responsibility an entrepreneur carries.

Rustam Khaitmetov, founder and CEO of ARTIFEX GROUP — an architect, developer and urbanist whose practice counts more than 100 projects with a total area of over one million square metres — follows with Saudi real estate from the purchase of land to a finished investment project. He will cover where the market, and Madinah in particular, is heading; how a foreign investor can acquire a plot; zoning, permits and restrictions; hotels, residential and commercial buildings; the financial model of a development; its main risks; and cases from the company's own work.

The main session belongs to Khondamir Nusrat, an international expert in corporate finance and business partnerships with more than 27 years of experience and a former member of the AAOIFI board, who holds ACCA, CSAA, CIPA and CIAE qualifications. Over 80 minutes, and a further half-hour of questions and case reviews, he will address how to choose partners, what to settle before a joint project begins, how to divide shares, profit, losses and duties, who runs the company, how to put an agreement on paper, why partners fall out — and how to resolve a dispute, or leave a partnership, without destroying the business.

Dinislam Battalov, founder of Battalov Group and president of the Saudi Business Insider Club, closes the speaking programme with who already works in the Saudi market — including companies from the CIS — which directions are open today, from real estate and construction to IT and trade, and where to find partners, investors and clients. He will end with a presentation of the club: its mission, its residents and its joint projects.

Between the talks, thirty entrepreneurs will present themselves in three mastermind rounds of ten, sixty seconds each: name, city and country; the business they represent; and what they are looking for — partners, investors, clients or new opportunities. The longer conversations move to the business dinner and open networking that begin at 20:00.

Registration is open at artifexceo.com/forum, where every guest receives a ticket at once; the ticket becomes valid when the forum manager activates it. The venue is the ARTIFEX GROUP office at 6942 Ibrahim Ibn Musa Al Farra Street, Al Aridh, Madinah. Registration and welcome coffee start at 13:30.
