Cityscape West KSA is set to launch from March 29 to 31, 2027, at Jeddah Superdome, aiming to accelerate real estate investment and growth in Saudi Arabia's Western Region, particularly in Jeddah, Makkah, and Madinah. The event is organized by Tahaluf and sponsored by the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing (MOMAH), creating a platform for developers, investors, financial institutions, government stakeholders, and homebuyers to explore projects and establish partnerships. This initiative builds on the success of Cityscape Global, which has been a significant platform for real estate investment and collaboration since its inception in Riyadh in 2023. The Western Region is experiencing a new phase of growth, with Jeddah recording a 28 percent increase in residential transaction values to SAR17.3 billion in the first half of 2025, and Madinah showing the Kingdom's strongest residential market growth with a 49 percent year-on-year increase in transaction values. Cityscape West KSA aims to support Vision 2030 by fostering investment, regional growth, and homeownership across the Western Region, leveraging landmark developments such as NHC Al Jana, Al Mukiman, Al Ghoroub, and Makkah Gate, among others.

Why this mattersFor developers and design practices in Madinah, Cityscape West KSA presents opportunities to engage with new projects and partnerships, potentially influencing regional growth and investment strategies. The event's focus on accelerating real estate investment aligns with Vision 2030, which could impact project feasibility and development timelines in the Western Region.
