Riyadh Municipality has expanded the range of investment opportunities available across the capital by offering 55 new investment opportunities through the Furas Platform, distributed across 23 districts. The initiative is designed to encourage greater private-sector participation in urban development, diversify economic activities across Riyadh’s neighborhoods and provide investors with a broader range of projects aligned with market and community needs.

The total area covered by the newly offered opportunities exceeds 352,000 square meters, with projects spanning a broad range of activities and locations. The opportunities include residential and mixed-use commercial activities, as well as industrial and warehouse sites. Other offerings cover services such as parking facilities, small parcel exchange centers and cafés.

The latest offering also includes investment sites located in a number of Riyadh’s public parks. These opportunities include locations intended for mobile sports activities as well as food and beverage services, creating additional options for residents and visitors while increasing the commercial and recreational value of public spaces.

The new investment opportunities are distributed across a wide range of Riyadh districts, supporting the expansion of economic activity beyond traditional commercial centers and bringing additional services closer to residential communities. The districts include Al Awali, Al Muayzilah, Al Rimal, Al Nadwah, Al Qirawan, Tuwaiq, Al Nadheem, Dhahrat Laban, Al Janadriyah, Badr, Al Rawabi, Al Khair, Al Fakhriyah, Arid, Al Arid, Al Narjis, Al Rabwah, Dhahrat Al Badi’ah, West Al Suwaidi, Al Rabie, Al Hamra and Al Marwah.

For a developer: The expansion of investment opportunities in Riyadh presents a significant chance for developers and investors to engage in diverse projects that align with the city's rapid urban growth. The inclusion of varied activities such as residential, commercial, and recreational projects can attract different investor categories, enhancing the city's economic landscape and supporting the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.
