Technip Energies has been awarded two five-year Long-Term Agreements (LTAs) by Saudi Aramco. These agreements cover front-end engineering, project management consultancy, and engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) services for a wide range of energy and industrial projects in the Kingdom. The first agreement involves providing front-end engineering design (FEED) and project management consultancy (PMC) services for Saudi Aramco’s projects across the energy, downstream, petrochemical, and low-carbon sectors. This will support projects from the front-end development stage, offering engineering and project management expertise to advance strategic developments through planning and execution phases. The second agreement covers EPC services for brownfield and upgrade projects across Saudi Aramco’s onshore facilities, enabling Technip Energies to support the modification, expansion, modernization, and upgrading of existing onshore assets. These agreements strengthen Technip Energies' long-standing relationship with Saudi Aramco and are expected to contribute to Saudi Arabia’s broader energy transition and industrial development goals.

Why this mattersFor developers and design practices in Madinah, these agreements highlight potential opportunities in the energy and industrial sectors, particularly in engineering and project management. The focus on low-carbon developments aligns with global sustainability trends, which could influence future project requirements and partnerships in the region. Additionally, the emphasis on upgrading existing facilities may lead to increased demand for specialized construction and engineering services.
