Versatile International Secures Third Contract with Diriyah Company
Versatile International, recognized as the Middle East’s first fully integrated stone project management consultancy, has secured its third consecutive three-year contract with Diriyah Company. This contract continues their role in delivering specialist Stone Project Management Consultancy (SPMC) services for one of Saudi Arabia's most significant destination-scale developments.
The consultancy will continue to provide comprehensive natural stone consultancy services across Diriyah’s portfolio, including design advisory, supply chain and installation oversight, and project governance. This appointment extends a relationship that began in 2020, reaffirming Diriyah Company’s confidence in Versatile International's specialist model.
Since 2020, Versatile International has been consulting on more than 100 assets within the Diriyah development, including public realm areas, heritage centres, high-end hotels, libraries, museums, and residential properties. Their engagement has grown in both breadth and depth over successive terms, with dedicated specialist teams working alongside Diriyah’s own teams.
As Diriyah’s assets mature and reach the delivery phase, Versatile International’s expertise is being applied to final installation and delivery. The company’s remit includes quality assurance and quality control for approximately 700,000 square metres of Riyadh limestone for public realm areas, 75,000 cubic metres for foundation plinths, and 250 kilometres of kerb and gutter materials.
Versatile International's independence is supported by a global network of over 200 quarries and factories across 15 countries, ensuring conflict-free service in the sole interest of the development. Beyond Diriyah, the company also serves as the Stone Project Management Consultant for Qiddiya and other Middle East clients.
